Jordan Salcito is a wine veteran, with over a decade spent in the industry. She began her career hostessing at wd~50 before becoming a prep cook at DANIEL, sommelier and manager of Eleven Madison Park, then eventually Wine & Beverage Director for David Chang's Momofuku restaurants. An impassioned entrepreneur, Jordan is the founder of RAMONA, an organic Italian grapefruit wine spritz, and Bellus Wines.
Jordan's wine program at Momofuku has been named a James Beard Foundation semifinalist multiple times and in 2017, was awarded “Most Original Wine List in the World” from World Of Fine Wine. Jordan is a Master Sommelier Candidate, a Wine Enthusiast “40 Under 40,” and a 2018 James Beard Foundation semifinalist for "Outstanding Wine, Spirits or Beer Professional.”
Working with some of the most creative brands in the food and beverage industry, Kate has overseen marketing efforts for organizations including Lucky Peach, Pat LaFrieda Meat Purveyors, and Culinary Agents. Kate began her career at the New York City Wine & Food Festival and, early on, found a passion for seeking out partnerships between like-minded brands. She brings this passion to RAMONA. Her special power is always ordering the best dish on the menu (and then of course, sharing it).
Gerry joins RAMONA from the Fashion industry, working with global brands including Tory Burch, Stella McCartney, and Condé Nast as well as high-profile celebrities that are too cool to mention here. Gerry began his career in wardrobe styling where he discovered his passion for branding and design. He also studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. In his spare time, he enjoys international travel, visiting museums, and re-decorating his apartment.
