Jordan is the founder of RAMONA and Bellus Wines. For over a decade she has devoted her focus to the world's great wines, working harvests at world-class wineries in Burgundy, Italy, California and Patagonia and as a sommelier and wine director at restaurants like Eleven Madison Park and Momofuku. Her programs at Momofuku have won several awards as well as three James Beard semi-finalist nominations. She's also a Master Sommelier candidate. But she knows that great wine doesn't need to be so serious in order to be taken seriously. Wishing that a delicious, updated version of the wine cooler existed and unwilling to accept that it didn't, she and the RAMONA team set out to create RAMONA.

Line moved from Copenhagen to New York in 2015 to join Bellus Wines and RAMONA. While taking her BA in Communications, Line gained a lot of experience working with Fashion Brands, Humanitarian Organizations and Local Committees helping them with Communications Planning, Social Media Strategy and PR. After graduating Line worked at Bonnier Publications, Copenhagen. Furthermore Line has been working in the restaurant industry since she was 16. When not drinking RAMONA or posting photos on our Instagram, Line makes Pottery and trains Muay Thai.
